What Are The Symptoms?
This is a really good question but unfortunately there is no straight answer. We are all different and the causes of hot flushes and excessive sweating at night is very varied ranging from hormone issues to all sorts of other medical and environmental situations.

- Sweating, which can be light or heavy
- Racing heart (palpitations)
- Feeling anxious, irritable or panicked
