Why Choose a Die Zudecke Canadian Goose Down Duvet?

Canadian goose down has been well regarded as one of the best goose down fills in the world. Its natural habitat in Northern Canada and Alaska is an extremely cold and harsh environment and the temperatures dip to well below freezing for most of the year, so if the down can keep the goose warm and snug I am sure it is good enough for us.

We only offer the very best down, which is the soft under plumage, that gives them the best insulation from the wind and rain. This is why Canada goose down has a super high fill power rating of 800, this is the true measurement of a quality good down. To achieve this fill power test certificate the down must be very large, the bigger the better, as this allows the clusters to trap warm air. This superior quality lightweight insulator is unique in the way that it creates thousands of tiny air pockets, the fully breathable clusters then allow moisture warm air to pass through which then evaporates to leave the user warm and dry throughout the year. To complete the luxurious feeling of quality and comfort, we use a 330 thread count cotton cambric case that is of the highest quality.

Expertly woven from the finest cotton with cassette stitching and internal baffle walls complete with twin feature piping. There has been no compromise on quality and environmental procedures, all down fillings conform to the following:

Hello, there would not be that much extra weight, as they are designed to very similar and a direct replacement. The all season would be slightly bulkier in the duvet cover due to there being two duvets instead of one when they are attached.
