        European goose feather and down pillows filled with light weight sumptuously soft goose feathers and down.

        Choose from a 50cm x 75cm pillow, 50cm x 90cm pillow, 50cm x 100cm pillow or a square 65cm x 65cm pillow.

        These superb quality pillows are ideal for when for you need a very good and supportive pillow to rest your head on.

        The fillings acts like a posture control surface ensuring that your neck and head are perfectly supported while you sleep.

        Wrapped up in a mite proof 233 thread count cotton percale case for that extra special luxurious feeling.

        Finished off with white piping and double stitched construction for a pillow that is designed to last.

        The pillows are Nomite and Downafresh accredited making them ideal for allergy or dust mite sufferers.

        Companies using these brands have the down and feathers they process tested at a hygiene laboratory and document the origin and processing of the filling material.

        DOWNAFRESH is a guarantee that the filling of down and feather complies with the strictest hygienic requirements, established according to the European standard EN 12935. Furthermore, the filling material is washed with washing detergents that are not harmful to nature.

        Additionally, feather and down is tested by an impartial test institute to ensure the product does not contain substances harmful to the environment. Downafresh is a guarantee that the manufacturer has an audited traceability system for the feather & down filling material they use and that this complies with all laws and regulations relating to animal welfare and ethics.

        Please allow 3 business days for delivery, except for made to order items, they may take a little longer.

        Shipping is available within Great Britain, Europe and most Worldwide destinations.

        How much will postage and packaging cost?

        We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for any purchase to be shipped within Mainland Great Britain.

        All orders over £100.00 will be delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses only.

        HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

        For all other destinations including Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe and Worldwide areas, please contact our sales team for our special discounted rates before placing your order.

        Delivery and Returns

        PLEASE NOTE ALL *MADE TO MEASURE* AND *MADE TO ORDER* items cannot be cancelled once placed.

        Made to order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

        If you do cancel your order at any point we will only refund 50% of the value of your order.

        Free Delivery is available for all orders and items in the United Kingdom Mainland over £100.00, orders under this value are a flat rate of £4.95.

        We also deliver to most European and Worldwide destinations, different shipping rates are applicable for each country.

        How long will it take for my order to arrive?

        We use multiple destinations for our warehousing to reduce cost to our customers.

        Our normal delivery times are between 3 and 5 days.

        If this cannot be met we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you of any delay.

        Returns & Refunds

        What if I change my mind?

        We will accept returns for change of mind provided the return is from an address in Great Britain.

        Within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the products and the products have not been used.

        All products must be un-used and returned in their original packaging, fit for resale, (including the cardboard folded between the products and all retail packaging).

        All returns MUST be notified by email to sales@bedlinendirect.co.uk before sending goods back to us.

        All goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense.
        We use third party warehousing to save costs and goods must be sent to the relevant location before a refund will be issued.

        WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED?

        Bedlinen Direct take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality.

        However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem.

        Returns will be accepted for products purchased online if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your order.

        You will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.

        If your item proves to be faulty or delivered incorrectly, we will refund the postage cost up to a maximum of £10.00 for returning the items to us.

        WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS?

        You can register your intention to return by email our sales team at sales@bedlinendirect.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.

        Please do not send goods back without informing us first as we use multiple warehouse facilities.

        You will need the correct address in order to ensure safe delivery of your returned item.

        You will then receive a communication from us when the goods have been received.

        All goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense.

        Full refund or exchange will be given less any delivery charges all ready incurred subject to this criteria being met.

        Please email us in the event that you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have received.

        Will we endeavour to rectify all issues within 24 hours to your total satisfaction (prior to any return of goods).

        Bedlinen Direct will ensure all costs associated with returning faulty or incorrectly delivered goods, including delivery costs, is at no expense to you.

        WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM BEDLINEN DIRECT?

        We provide two return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered products and where our change of mind policy applies.

        These are:

        1: Replacement

        2: Full refund to your account (e.g. Credit/Debit card, PayPal etc.)

        On occasion your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by us.

        If your replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.

        How Long Will It Take To Get a Refund?

        Once your goods have been received by Bedlinen Direct, please allow up to 10 working days for your credit to be processed back to your account.

        You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your refund.

        Who Gets The Refund If We Return a Gift?

        The refund on a correctly returned item that was given as a gift will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
