Hello, the manufacturer recommends a medium and firm option only in this filling as it is the amount of filling that determines the thickness of the pillow.

For your 100% down pillows, what is the weight difference of down between soft and medium pillows for standard size?

Hello, a standard 100% Pure Duck Down Pillow will have: Soft 382 grams, Medium 420 grams and Firm will have 546 grams, please add an extra 122 grams for the weight of the cotton case.
