How do you sleep at night? I am sure you are well aware by now of how important a good nights sleep is, especially to us mere human beings.

Without good quality deep sleep we cannot function properly leaving us to become more and more frustrated and agitated as the problem persists. We lose more work hours due to sleep disorders and stress than we dare to count which can be directly contributed to a lack of sleep . A good nights sleep can combat aches, pains, poor digestion and even help with your partners dreaded snoring! The are some sleeping positions that help relieve these symptoms as well. Here are a few pointers that may help you sleep better:

  • Back pain: Try sleeping with a pillow between your knees.
  • Indigestion or acid reflux: try elevating your head a little
  • Only sleep when you are tired: forcing yourself to sleep is a waste of your health and time.
