Hello, the manufacturer recommends a medium and firm option only in this filling as it is the amount of filling that determines the thickness of the pillow.

Hello, a standard 100% Pure Duck Down Pillow will have: Soft 382 grams, Medium 420 grams and Firm will have 546 grams, please add an extra 122 grams for the weight of the cotton case.
