Hello, the sheets can be returned if they have not been used and are in their original packaging, we have not had any issues with shrinkage or pilling in this range.

Can these be tumble-dried on medium heat setting? Or does it have to be cold tumble-drying?

Hello, they can be tumble dried on a low heat settings, but there is no need for a cold setting.
