Shipping is available within Great Britain, Europe and most Worldwide destinations.

How much will postage and packaging cost?

We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for any purchase to be shipped within Mainland Great Britain.

All orders over £100.00 will be delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses only.

HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

For all other destinations including Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe and Worldwide areas, please contact our sales team for our special discounted rates before placing your order.

Delivery and Returns

PLEASE NOTE ALL *MADE TO MEASURE* AND *MADE TO ORDER* items cannot be cancelled once placed.

Made to order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If you do cancel your order at any point we will only refund 50% of the value of your order.

Free Delivery is available for all orders and items in the United Kingdom Mainland over £100.00, orders under this value are a flat rate of £4.95.

We also deliver to most European and Worldwide destinations, different shipping rates are applicable for each country.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use multiple destinations for our warehousing to reduce cost to our customers.

Our normal delivery times are between 3 and 5 days.

Returns & Refunds

What if I change my mind?

We will accept returns for change of mind provided the return is from an address in Great Britain.

Within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the products and the products have not been used.

All products must be un-used and returned in their original packaging, fit for resale, (including the cardboard folded between the products and all retail packaging).

All returns MUST be notified by email to sales@bedlinendirect.co.uk before sending goods back to us.

All goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED?

Bedlinen Direct take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality.

However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem.

Returns will be accepted for products purchased online if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your order.

You will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.

If your item proves to be faulty or delivered incorrectly, we will refund the postage cost up to a maximum of £10.00 for returning the items to us.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS?

You can register your intention to return by email our sales team at sales@bedlinendirect.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.

Please do not send goods back without informing us first as we use multiple warehouse facilities.

You will need the correct address in order to ensure safe delivery of your returned item.

You will then receive a communication from us when the goods have been received.

All goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense.

Full refund or exchange will be given less any delivery charges all ready incurred subject to this criteria being met.

Please email us in the event that you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have received.

Will we endeavour to rectify all issues within 24 hours to your total satisfaction (prior to any return of goods).

Bedlinen Direct will ensure all costs associated with returning faulty or incorrectly delivered goods, including delivery costs, is at no expense to you.

All prices on our site are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and will be charged in Pounds Sterling.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM BEDLINEN DIRECT?

We provide two return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered products and where our change of mind policy applies.

These are:

1: Replacement

2: Full refund to your account (e.g. Credit/Debit card, PayPal etc.)

On occasion your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by us.

If your replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.

How Long Will It Take To Get a Refund?

Once your goods have been received by Bedlinen Direct, please allow up to 10 working days for your credit to be processed back to your account.

You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your refund.

Who Gets The Refund If We Return a Gift?

The refund on a correctly returned item that was given as a gift will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.

This is a really good question, why would you pay a premium to buy Pima cotton bedding instead of the most common type of uplands cotton that is used in the vast majority of luxury bedding? A lot is said about thread count but this is really just one aspect of choosing the right fabric, you can buy high thread count cotton bedding that is classed as a luxury range that is not made from a long staple fibre cotton.

Branded cottons such as Pima cotton only account for 10% of the worlds cotton production, the rest is a mix of standard uplands cotton and the higher graded long staple uplands cotton. Both of them are still good quality but they are not as good as branded cotton for the following reasons. Pima cotton is classed as extra long staple, the longer the fibres, the silkier and softer they are and the easier they are to be spun into ultra fine yarns which is essential for the longevity of high thread count fabrics.

The extra long staple fibres are excellent in resisting fraying, tearing, pilling and wrinkling and helps to prevent colour fading after repeated washing and ironing. Pima cotton is primarily grown in the United States and it can be traced back to its origins which helps to maintain its exceptional quality and to ensure that it is not mixed with an inferior cotton to save money.

Always check the wash care label that it says Pima cotton, to be sure that you are getting the genuine article as this is the place where the manufacturer is resting their reputation. Pima cotton is a luxury fabric that is wonderful to the touch, it washes and irons beautifully and will last you for many years to come, it is worth the investment so buy some today and see for yourself.
