Please advise the difference between soft and medium pillows. I slept on Dacron pillows in Mallorca and want to replicate them at home. Thank you

Hello, the difference is the amount of filling in them, softer pillows are good if you sleep on your back or front and medium are better for side sleepers as they offer more support and are fuller.
