Although relatively standard, it is recommended that you read the following terms and conditions and accept that you are entering in to an unwritten agreement irrespective of whether you purchase goods or not.

  • Making A Purchase

    Making a purchase could not be easier.

    Just browse through our shop and add any items that you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" buttons.

    After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

    The view cart facility gives you the opportunity to either checkout and pay for goods or alternatively cancel any previously made selections.

    Please leave your details and the most convenient time to call you and we will do this within 2 hours.

    If you are shopping from out of the UK Mainland please email us and we can discuss the carriage costs and particulars of your order.

    When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

    We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

    Shipping And Handling

    All UK Mainland orders will be subject to a small carriage and handling fee of £4.95.

    Free delivery on all orders over £100.00. If goods are returned due to no fault of the product or the company we reserve the right to charge the full carriage and handling fee of £4.95.

    All Other delivery destinations are charged at a higher rate, please email for us to quote accordingly.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT WE THE COMPANY CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRD PARTIES RECEIVING AND SIGNING FOR GOODS AT YOUR STATED ADDRESS IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM FOR NON-DELIVERY.

    PLEASE NOTE NON DELIVERIES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR NON DELIVERY AFTER THIS TIME.

    Please ensure that the address you give shall be a secure address for receiving goods, a workplace if often a good option. Please make sure where you can that the cardholder is available to accept the delivery in person.

    Pricing is subject to change at any time deemed reasonable by the company.

    Delivery Schedule

    We aim to have all deliveries made within 5 working days.

    From time to time this may not be possible and you will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm the delivery date for your order.

    Made to order items can take longer, please ask for a delivery time at point of placing your order.

    Back Orders

    If one or more of your items are not in stock at the time of order, we can hold a back order for you.

    You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

    Credit Card Security

    Our Payment service providers are WORLDPAY and PayPal.

    We're always confident about our pricing but if you find one of our competitors has the same product cheaper please do give us a call on 0161 818 8100.

    We will not only match the price, we will try to better it.

    The competitor must be an online retailer in the UK (excludes sale and promotion items).

  • The product offered by the competitor's website is exactly the same as the one we sell and is offered on the same terms
  • The product on their website must be in stock and available for delivery immediately

    Bedlinen Direct do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.

    In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

    Returns Policy

    Under the Sale of Goods act you are entitled to return goods except Special Order Items under our guarantee scheme within 14 days from receipt of the goods, they shall be packaged, undamaged and un-used.

    Please Note

    Duvets, Mattress Toppers, Pillows and Mattress Protectors cannot be returned if opened and used unless there is a manufacturing fault.

    This is due to hygiene reasons as they cannot be re-sold.

    UNFORTUNATELY NO REFUND CAN BE ISSUED AFTER THIS TIME HAS ELAPSED.

    MADE TO AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY.

    Your initial made to measure/order is subject to a 48-hour cooling off period.

    During this time it will not be processed and you may cancel by calling our Customer Services team on 0161 818 8100.

    After this period we will begin to make up your order, so if you cancel your order after this period we will only refund 50% of the value of the order.

    All returns due to manufacturing faults MUST be notified by email to sales@bedlinendirect.co.uk before sending goods back to us as we use third party warehousing to save costs and goods must be sent to the relevant location before a refund will be issued.

    Under our guarantee all goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense, full refund or exchange will be given less any delivery charges all ready incurred subject to this criteria being met.

    Please email us in the event that you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have received.

    Will we endeavour to rectify all issues within 48 hours to your total satisfaction (prior to any return of goods).

    This does not affect your statutory rights.
