Delivery and Returns

This policy applies to products purchased from the website: www.bedlinendirect.co.uk.

All prices on our site are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and will be charged in Pounds Sterling.

DELIVERY

It may take between 3 - 5 business days for delivery.

Shipping is currently available within Great Britain, Europe and Worldwide Destinations.

Please contact our sales team for shipping rates for all destinations outside of the UK mainland before placing your order.

How much will postage and packaging cost?

We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for any purchase to be shipped within Mainland Great Britain.

All orders over £100.00 will be delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses only.

All other destinations including Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe and Worldwide destinations are based on weight and are charged accordingly.

Can I track my order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use multiple destinations fro our warehousing to reduce cost to our customers.

Our normal delivery times are between 3 and 5 days.

If this cannot be met we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you of any delay.

Made to order items may take longer and we will inform you as soon as possible with the expected delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

What if I change my mind?

We will accept returns for change of mind provided the return is from an address in Great Britain.

Within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the products and the products have not been used.

All products should be returned in their original packaging (including the cardboard folded between the products and all retail packaging).

All returns MUST be notified by email to sales@bedlinendirect.co.uk before sending goods back to us.

We use third party warehousing to save costs and goods must be sent to the relevant location before a refund will be issued.

Non Returnable Items?

Please NOTE: Duvets, Mattress Toppers, Pillows and Mattress Protectors cannot be returned if opened or used unless there is a manufacturing fault.

This is due to hygiene reasons as they cannot be re-sold.

PLEASE NOTE ALL *MADE TO MEASURE* AND *MADE TO ORDER* ITEMS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ORDERING.

UNFORTUNATELY NO REFUND CAN BE ISSUED AFTER THIS TIME HAS ELAPSED.

MADE TO AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY.

Your initial made to measure/order is subject to a 48-hour cooling off period.

During this time it will not be processed and you may cancel by calling our Support team on 0161 818 8100.

After this period we will begin to make up your order, so if you cancel your order after this period we will only refund 50% of the value of the order.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED?

Bedlinen Direct take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality.

However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem.

Returns will be accepted for products purchased online if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your order.

You will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.

If your item proves to be faulty or delivered incorrectly, we will refund the postage cost of returning the items to us.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS?

You can register your intention to return by contacting our sales team on 0161 818 8100 or email sales@bedlinendirect.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.

Please do not send goods back without informing us first as we use multiple warehouse facilities.

You will need the correct address in order to ensure safe delivery of your returned item.

You will then receive a communication from us when the goods have been received.

All goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense.

Full refund or exchange will be given less any delivery charges all ready incurred subject to this criteria being met.

Please email us in the event that you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have received.

Will we endeavour to rectify all issues within 48 hours to your total satisfaction (prior to any return of goods).

Bedlinen Direct will ensure all costs associated with returning faulty or incorrectly delivered goods, including delivery costs, is at no expense to you.

Returns of product:

All items should be returned in their original packaging.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM BEDLINEN DIRECT?

We provide two return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered products and where our change of mind policy applies.

These are:

1: Replacement

2: Full refund to your account (e.g. Credit/Debit card, PayPal etc.)

On occasion your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by us.

If your replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.

How Long Will It Take To Get a Refund?

Once your goods have been received by Bedlinen Direct, please allow up to 10 working days for your credit to be processed back to your account.

You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your refund.

Who Gets The Refund If We Return a Gift?

The refund on a correctly returned item that was given as a gift will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
